Metaboman * a kid of the hip hop jungle who is going a straight way. In the middle
of the 90`s he and his friends dj Legeres & drummer Friedemann Ziepert founded
a live rap band. Over the time they have explored all varieties of modern dance-&
downbeatmusic and the essence of this music made up the sound of Feindreh star.
While looking for more possibilities to create different kinds of music he realized
that a MPC 2000 has the potential to tinker plenty of fine beats. The pushing material
made of his MPC 2000 is cracking up the people either on the dancefloor or anywhere
else. Between his work for Feindrehstar and Musik Krause he and three other
musicans developed another project which is called Rollladen. In all likelihood, the
addiction of buying vinyl brought him to play this material in clubs. Presently, he
and his buddy dj ace in the case are spinning together the turntables under the
synonym Krause Duo Nr. 2. His first EP on Musik Krause "Tricks auf dem Tablo""
is already released.
Stefan Carl (24)
In ninety four, carl had his first touch of a mixer where he was born. In between
his school classes he would search the record shops for records, and through this
he met brother Gabor and brother Soeren (Wighnomy Brothers). Among other
things these guys have opened his eyes to all sorts of electronical dancing beats
and ever since these days his life has been filled with techno and house.
At the end of ninetyseven he was struck with wanderlust, and went on his way
from the town of Goethe (Weimar) to his homebase "Kassablanca" Jena. There
he met some great buddies and they helped broaden his horizons of music. His
taste develped more and more and his case filled up with tons of great shit. The
Perfect Pitch Coop. was a milestone in his life where he founded himself a
platform for himself-on one hand for the ears of easy listeners and on the other
for people who believe in his talent of organisation.
What began with straight beat morphed into an eclectic set influenced by love and
life , and just like the changing pace and rhythms of life and love he rocks the
crowd from 3 to 4/4 beats into the deepness of house music and offers an
unexpected world of sounds and pulses and bleeps. These noises are then portrayed
on the faces of the dancefloor in the form of bittersweet pearls of sweat on their
forehead.
At some moments the origin of sound he plays is not made for the dancefloor, but
that is what makes him so special.
And since it takes two to tango, diverse mixing cooperations with Matt Higgins aka
Matthias Tanzmann and Arj Snoek from cologne accrued. In the present he rolls
on with the great MF Metaboman as Krause Duo Nr. 2. Their first Ringelnatz Rmx
on Musik Krause "VomTag zur Nacht EP" has already released.
